Synthetic Slings

LAMCO is a leader in developing custom flat web slings as well as supplying standard slings and ratchet strap tie down assemblies for everyday use. We utilize webbing from 1″ to 12″ widths, sewn in multiple piles, to develop custom slings that can integrate a vast variety of hooks and other attachments. You can now utilize web slings in applications not formally considered because of a harsh environment.

Chain Slings

LAMCO stocks alloy chain and component inventory from 7/32″ to 3/4″ diameter, to build grade 10 alloy chain slings. Chain slings come with an ID tag stating manufacturer, grade, size, type of sling, length, and working load limit at a given load angle. Chain Hardware

LAMCO represents all of the major chain manufacturers in the USA and the premiere manufacturers from other parts of the world. This provides you with the advantage of being able to choose the perfect fittings for your chain sling. From sliding choker hooks to grab clutches to easy to operate locking hooks, your options for creating the most convenient chain sling have never been greater.

LAMCO also manufactures “hybrid” slings combining synthetic, wire rope and alloy chain components into one sling. This allows you to take advantage of the strengths and avoid the weaknesses of each of these sling types.

Wire Rope

LAMCO manufactures wire rope slings up to 1 1/2″ diameter. Larger sizes are available upon request. Our flemish eye and cold swaging processes utilize a 500 ton hydraulic press and carbon sleeves to provide custom or standard wire rope slings to fit your specific application. Identification tags are supplied with all wire rope slings at no additional cost.

LAMCO also manufactures proof tested and certified pendant lines for lattice boom cranes and replacement wire rope assemblies for hoists. Wire rope cuts are available to your specified lengths from 1/16″ to 1 1/2″ diameter. Ask about our SAME DAY EMERGENCY SERVICE for wire rope slings.
